Material : 


  • 1 whole chicken
  • 25 gr uneulheu (roasted coconut)

  • 3 pieces of onion
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp coriander seeds
  • 1 tablespoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons cumin
  • 1 little ginger
  • 1 vertebra turmeric
  • 3 eggs hazelnut
  • 5 grains of cardamom
  • 3 pieces flower mace
  • 2 stalks teumeurui (curry leaves)
  • 2 stalks lemongrass
  • 3 bay leaves
  • 2 pandan leaf
  • 2 pieces of lemon

How to make :
