Cipera is typical cuisine Karo tribe of North Sumatra are made from raw material meat chicken and corn flour. Pieces of chicken meat and then cooked with cornstarch until soft and thick soupy. Ingredients :
- 1 whole chicken (cut into 12 parts)

- 250 ml thick coconut milk

- 5 lime leaves
- 3 stalks lemongrass (crushed)
- 2 pieces Cikala acid (kecombrang)
- 1 piece of red tomatoes (cut into pieces)
- 2 stalks scallions (finely sliced)
Ground spices :
- 10 pieces Cayenne
- 6 red onions
- 4 cloves garlic
- 3 eggs hazelnut
- 2 cm ginger
- 4 cm Turmeric
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- ½ teaspoon ground pepper
- ½ teaspoon flavoring (if desired)
How to make :
- Prepare a pot and boil spices, lemongrass and coconut milk Acid cikala with liquid, stirring constantly until boiling, stirring.
- Put chicken that has been cut, and cook until chicken is tender.
