The main ingredient that is required :
- 1 kg mutton bones, cut into pieces
- 5 tablespoons cooking oil
- 4 red onions, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced

- 2 stalks lemongrass, crushed
- 15 leaves temurui / salam koja

Ground spices :

- 3 cloves garlic

- 1/2 tsp fennel roasted
- 2 cm cinnamon
- 1/2 tbsp pepper grains
- 2 grains of cardamom roasted
- 3 cloves roasted grain

How to make the Acehnese traditional goat curry :
- Stir mutton and spices. Let stand 10 minutes, set aside.
