OMBUS OMBUS CAKE RECIPES
Cake Ombusombus is a typical hawker food or Batak who hails from Siborongborong, North Tapanuli.
Ombusombus cake made of rice flour are given sugar in the Center and wrapped with banana leaves.
The name Ombusombus was purportedly made to give a hoot (breath) when to eat it and this cake is delicious eaten while still warm.
Not clear since when this confectionary started to "party", but at the ceremonial custom of Batak, usually lampet or ombusoombus remains a dish coupled sela and coffee or tea.

Ingredients :
- 200 g of sticky rice Flour
- 150 gr young coconut, grated extends
