Dali Horbo ni or horbo ni Bagot is the water buffalo's milk which is processed in the traditional and typical food is from the region of Batak Tapanuli.
It is said that according to his story, buffalo milk processing traditions became dali was already started by the ancestors of the people of batak batak community presence since. On any typical diner batak, dali became the main menu. To get dali, generally on any onan (market) in the area of Tapanuli, dali into commodities trading.

The milk is taken from the results of perahan boiled over 10 minutes in a sterile container with water adding pineapple to help thickening of milk as well as reduce the scent of keamisan. Dali also can be mixed with water juice of papaya leaves.
In the process of making the dali horbo, buffalo milk is cooked over low heat until boiling and thickened. The dense texture like water-caused leaf know Pawpaw is added to them. It is also the reason behind the color kehijaun milk.

How to Make Food Dali ni Horbo
The materials make the Dali ni Horbo :
- 1 litre milk fresh cows or water buffalo (if it could not find a buffalo milk), this will certainly be a Dali ni Cattle
- Water juice of 1 full sheets, fresh green papaya leaves.
- The juice of fresh pineapples water from separoh pineapples (to help the process of thickening)
How To Make :
- Enter the buffalo milk/cow last into a saucepan and boil until boiling (about 10 minutes). Reduce the magnitude of the fire and stir in pineapple water slowly to help thickening. Add water juice of papaya to taste, and simmer a few minutes longer.
- Remove from the oven, pour the last penghidangan place, and leave to cool. If you have a refrigerator, put in the fridge for a fresher taste.
- The original nihorbo Bagot in the Tano Batak, usually at a meal without rice, or it could be served as ärsenik bagot ni horbo, deliciously tasty instead of main.
